1) Order processing:
- Orders are processed within 2 working days upon order receipt.
- Packing: Poster is carefully rolled in a postal shipping tube.
- We ship via USPS First Class & uninsured unless specified otherwise. When available, A tracking number is issued on posters & art prints shipment. You may purchase optional shipment insurance for a $2.00 fee.
2) Return policy:
- We will either replace or refund or credit contentious items upon item return. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt to Fulfillment Center 12701 Van Nuys Blvd. Pacoima, CA 91331.
3) Payment method:
Please print and fill the Payment Information and fax back to +1 818 896 0966.
We accept following credit cards: Pay pal, Visa, MC, Discover & American express. Sorry, no COD collect.

4) California orders:
Sales tax will apply for California orders unless a resale certificate is provided. Please fax a copy at 818-896 0966.
